Two months and counting

Just realised it's two months today since I started blogging.
That means you've got me for one more month (according to blog statistics) before I go into a serious decline and fade silently into blog oblivion!

Where do blogs go when they die?

Blogvon, it's just across the Tamar bridge and somewhere off the A38.

I can sense that you won't be disappearing on us like Pundy ... you haven't been discovered yet by the big folk! I've written a post about anonymous blogs, which is linked, perhaps, to how long they last.

Oh my God Verilion, you know where I live, what now??

Ah Pundy, yes, I remember him. He used to live next door until he moved to the big world and got stolen by the oil sheiks!

And Shameless, are you sure you're not a long lost brother of Skinty? He worries constantly about his mask, or the un-masking.
And me? No worries there, I love my blog name, it sums me up in a way that 'Kate' can never do.
Oops, just outed meself...don't tell no one, no one!

Two months? I thought you were a trustee, you're nothing but a whippersnapper . .

(why are there so many q's in the magic words?)

Put there to confuse starving Welshies and stop them calling me a whippersnapper, I expect!!

I have Viualzy, apparently!

I don't know about the stats, but I do know there are some that are interesting and some that make my eyes bleed with sheer boredom. Yours, if I may say so, is emphatically one of the former.

The really interesting stat is how many blogs are dead from the first post. Most.

As to Pundy, maybe if you hadn't called him "Liversausage" he wouldn't be curled up in the attic with his schoolboy trauma freshly awakened and all his articles in disarray. You have a lot to answer for, Minx. The poor man...

Pundy always had his articles in disarray. And Liversausage? I make no apologies for that one. I have dreadful trouble with names and often call people by a name that I think suits them. You jta, are known as 'The Virginian' and it always makes me smile to see your calling card on my site meter!
Thanks also for your compliment. I wasn't thinking of giving up blogging yet -I think I've only just got started!!!
Love the rest of you too, of course, keep up the banter, it keeps my teeth sharp!

Magic words say HAVBAF...so I will, later.

As a recent blog convert who has been going for less than a week, two months sounds pretty impressive to me!

I'm pretty impressed myself Ichabod, I usually have the attention span of a gnat!
Welcome aboard, although as I said don't go expecting the numerical and wordy conundrums that you and Maxine go in for. I have enough trouble putting a sentence together!!

lxkpwvop to you too!

The difference between Ichabod and me on these "worthy conundrums" is that I merely struggle to do them, Ichabod can actually set them...

I agree with the previous commenters that you are a natural at this writing lark, Minx. And yes, I had been wondering what had been happening to Pundy -- he's definitely turned into the opposite of Instapundit, whatever that is.
