Cheeky Minx!

Could I make a request to readers of the 'Purple One'?

I am woefully bereft of reviews on Amazon (HERE). If you read Coven of One and feel love, hate, warmth, passion or general indifference, please could you go and say your piece!
Sales are steady but could do with a boost.

Coven of One is also available at Opening Chapter - the link is over to your right-------->

If you haven't indulged so far, then I recommend a copy of your very own - you know you want to!

PEE ESS - in answer to Cailleach's choccy advert, here is my own current favourite. Funny, but the chocolate has a purple wrapper - how cool!

go HERE
and feel the joy!

You are cheeky aren't you! On Chapter 17 now, so there should be a review up soonish!

Cheeky is as cheeky does (or something like that).

Chapter 17 already? Whoo hoo.

Dorcas has landed in Africa and was collected from the PO today. As soon as she's been read I'd be delighted to do a review - will also do one on the local online bookstore.
And yes, be cheeky - one has to. It's called marketing, by the way.

Thank you both - kiss, kiss, mwah, mwah.

I will do it of course.. why didn't you ask sooner as I loved it...?

Ooh, I'll add that one to my list of things to do, which is getting longer by the minute!

Was going to call the post 'Book Whoring' or 'Pimp my Book' but thought that might be taking it a bit far!

Thank you, Muts, much appreciated.

Cailleach, I know that life must be hectic at the moment with your own, brand new, spanky book at its birthing. How exciting!

I think its an ace book and I've done it already miss!
Can't you tell I was a proper swat at school. D'you want an apple?

Unknown said...

Of course I don't want an apple. Gotny pickles, I have a yen?

Jon M said...

Home-pickled onions, they blow your socks off and make yer eyes water for a week!

Unknown said...

I like things that blow my socks off, Jon, but not so keen on the watering eyes.

Dairy milk will do, with no added pickles - did you watch the video yet? So clever.

Wow! Phil Collins really should take a shave!!!

Spooky! I just watched that on Youtube and then it was on telly in the other room straight away!!!

Good innit? I am so there with Mr Gorilla.

You have to be cheeky, Minx, it's the only way! I was in fact looking for your book on amazon.ca but they're only showing a used copy at 50$ - which seemed a bit high! :-) I shall try better ways! :-)

well i confess i have not read it .... nor anything else for that matter if the dusty stack of books on my bedside table is any indication.

in fact, it appears as i have not done any cleaning in quite a while either !! oh my, it's the invasion of the dust bunnies ...!!

right. back to the comment. if need be, I am available for review writing extraordinare without having read the book .... i know the author !!! she's fabulous !!! how could her novel be anything less ?? etc. etc.

and I don't charge for friends ...

I like your cover.

I am afraid I can't commit myself to another obligation at this very min. as I am behind in all things, in a vast, monstrous way. Perhaps if you would come by and lay down the matting, then I could finish the mulching, then I would have more time...?

Congratulations. I can't even imagine such an accomplishment.

I love the way that you can almost see the gorilla's nostrils moving - almost!

Yes am mad bizzy - will meet myself coming back any moment now! Have had the weekend off(ish) and think I might be ready to go over the top now...

Unknown said...

I done it miss, can I have me treat now...?

i'm just starting. will do my part once done.

Thank you, Cailleach, lovely words. Thank you also C.S - hope you are enjoying.

Went "here" and it's done. :)

Watched the ad and wrote the review, it should be soon. But back to the ad, I liked the Gorilla, but the soundtrack!

Roberta and V, thank you - wonderful pair! I was a bit miffed to see that I am unavailable at Amazon. No doubt that they think that paying me 25p a copy is too much! You get better service from Opening Chapter (me publisher) and I will even scrawl a dedication.
