Happy hols, dear friend.

Get bladdered, roll round on the floor a lot, giggle madly, eat chocolate ... and enjoy!

I am on vacation as well! I hope no on reads anything into this... I am not going anywhere3 - I am staying at home doing stuff and writing. My muse awaits!! (only £30.00 a half-hour!)

Cailleach - words from me mouth and all that.

Psst - everyone - while the Minxy back is turned let's throw the best ever blog party.

Just be sure to note that it was Cailleach's suggestion, not mine. Oh no. Not me. Not never. That Minx packs a mighty hex ...

Debi, what do you suggest for a blog party?

Now what the hell am I supposed to do? WRITE???!!!!!! Good grief!

Ah John - is this a first for you? The best blog parties have virtual food, drink and drugs, a host of vivid imaginations and - most important of all - great company.

LMN - never mind HER - it's party time ...

Mel - ah - here's someone who has the right idea ...

Roberta - write by all means - but party here too.

Right - I'm bringing trail mix, yoghourt coated raisins, Belgian chocolate, smokables ... we need someone else to provide the alcohol (under NO circumstances touch Minx's gin stash).

Who's providing the music then?

Well, I can suggest a nice bit of Bob to get us nicely in da mood, man, followed by some nice smoking consumables, a bit of barbeque, if we can get the tinder dried out in time... I've got some nice slow gin I was keeping for a special ocasion (could never spell that word)... and maybe we could have a bit of 70s disco too later on? Whadaya think?

I like the way I'm getting the blame already! Huh!

Hey look! I've found an old bottle or two of gin...hey there's more here!

This cupboard's full of Calvados and cake. Think it needs a wee bit of tidying up.....

...and hey, it's not raining in blogworld. Follow the white rabbit down to the beach( or is it the chocolate bunny).

If anyone knows what I'm on about, would they please tell me (hic)!

Debi said...

Jon - NO NO. Not THAT gin. Put it back! Have some of Cailleach's slow stuff instead.

Mel - tidying up? Whatever rings your bell, honey. Just don't use that broom in the corner. Remember whose house we're in ...

Ooooh it's true. Sun's out. Barbie on the beach anyone?

I have found a case of Cornish Ale in the garage - I shall keep it for myself...

Debi said...

That should keep you ale and arty then.

Reprehensible. Simply reprehensible.

Got some Northern Lights here...light?

Unknown said...

Oh you lucky thing, a holiday... hmm-mmm

Unknown said...

And ooh, a party, cool - can we come, or should I leave the chicken behind?

Unknown said...

Leave the chicken behind. Apparently there's a barbie on the beach and GIN. Yay! I've got tonic and some lovely Soy crisps!

Ah now we're starting to rock. We haven't sorted the music yet. I suggest a jam session. Bring your own instruments. Home made is fine.

Hang on - did someone mention home made jam? I'd just better nip out for some scones and clotted cream.

Unknown said...

bbq sweetcorn and toasted peppers - what more could you ashk for...

Unknown said...

Spoons, I brought spoons! For the jam and jam. Yep we're definitely rocking. Mmm those peppers are delicious.

Ummm, has anyone seen the Feckers? I left them behind - they weren't supposed to let anyone in.......

Busted...

Debi said...

Unknown said...

You two will report to my office in the morning. The rest of you can pick up all me gin bottles, clean the house, mow the lawn, wash the windows, scrub the......
