Remember that it isn’t always the sensational stuff that writers are looking for, it can just as easily be something that you take for granted like having raised twins or knowing how to grow beetroot. Did you also know that I played netball for 20 years? Stopped after having my jaw dislocated in a training match and spent two years getting it put back together! No? Thought not!

Exploding bodyparts were to blame - another side effect of M. Gilbert. Big Fecker, who I kindly passed it on to, has already had a gall stone the size of gulls egg! Ain't we strange?
